The scheduled moving dates are January 11-13, 2025. During this time we will do our utmost to continue providing services with minimal interruption, but we kindly ask for your patience during this challenging transition.

Phones are expected to be operational (same phone number), but with fewer lines. Please consider reaching out by email for add on testing, general inquiries, and to get a call back from a pathologist (labinfo@truenorthvet.ca). Samples being dropped off in person on January 11 and 12 will need to be brought to Canada West Veterinary Specialists (1988 Kootenay St, Vancouver). Please call ahead of dropping off samples.

There will be no Coggins testing available on Jan. 11-13. Please send urgent Coggins testing to the Abbotsford provincial laboratory (Animal Health Centre).

As the new facility is relatively close to our current location, clinic cutoff times are expected to stay largely unchanged, however clinics will be notified of minor adjustments if needed.
